It’s almost like once you become famous, age stops having jurisdiction over you and you can do whatever you want and it won’t show up on your face. Being famous is a better beauty secret than the fountain of youth or becoming a vampire. We wish that you could bottle “being famous” and turn it into a night cream. When Jennifer Lopez works out, she doesn’t stick to the same workout routines. She likes to switch it up.

Jennifer Lopez (of course) has personal trainers, because you can’t not work out with a personal trainer if you’re famous.

She also likes to work out in the morning. “I don’t like doing it later; it’s harder to get there when I have my day going already,” she said. “I work out three or four times a week.”

Jennifer Lopez is also a fan of her sleep, even though we can imagine she doesn’t get very much of it.

“I love a good nine or 10 hours [sleeping], but I can never get that,” she said. “So seven or eight is mandatory. [If I don’t get it] I just don’t feel right. I start feeling crazy, I get emotional and I feel tired all the time.”
